The process to build a small business site is streamlined and simple!

We'll first have you complete a short questionnaire to start the project. This questionnaire helps us envision how best to meet your needs, by gathering basic information about your business and the project goals.

After you complete the questionnaire, we'll schedule a free consultation with you to gather additional information to help us build the website. This may include requesting additional media or written content (if you have it prepared) or providing consultation on whether any additional services may be necessary to meet your needs; such as logo design or content generation. If you have any existing artwork, we'll adapt it for use on the Web at no additional cost.

Your input is incredibly important at this stage. We'll ask if you have any questions, concerns, or thoughts about the direction of your project, and we'll ensure that this meeting helps create a solid foundation to complete your vision.

After you agree to the Terms of Service and submit payment for your first month of service, we'll immediately get started building the website. This building process usually takes one-to-two weeks to complete, but may take longer. Don't worry, we'll be available to update you on the status every step of the way.

During this time, we'll ask you to acquire a domain name if you haven't already, and a business email address if you so choose to. If you want any additional services, like traffic analytics, maps integration, or accessibility options, we'll consult with you on how to sign-up or schedule for those services.

Once we complete the site, we'll need to point your domain name to our hosting service. With access to your registrar account, we can handle every step of this process from start to finish. Once that process is complete, the website will be live!

As part of your first month of service, you're entitled to two hours of maintenance labor, which can be used to request changes to the design, content, or structure of the website. We'll ask for your feedback during this time, and make changes to the site to meet your expectations. In the rare event where you request additional changes that exceed this service period, we'll work with you on a separate hourly basis.

After your first month of service, each additional month will include one hour of maintenance labor, which can be scheduled to request changes, like updating content, such as photos, videos, or text.

Our service starts at $189.99 per month with $0 down.

We offer a concierge style service with each small business site. We build, host, and maintain a website for you as part of the service.

Your first month of service is spent building and fine-tuning the website, and that includes two hours of maintenance labor to ensure that the site we build fits your expectations. Our goal is that the website goes live within that first month period.

Each additional month includes one hour of maintenance labor, which can be scheduled to request changes, like updating content, such as photos, videos, or text. We perform all of the labor for you, from editing your images to generating written content. Our goal is to complete requests within 3 business days.

No. We do not offer domain registration, email hosting, or any other services beyond building the website, hosting, and maintaining it.

Any service provided outside of general maintenance would need to be scheduled as additional labor.

Additional development costs are billed hourly at $149.00 per hour. We will provide an estimate of services and get your consent before starting.

Payments are made through credit card via our payment processor Stripe. Our service is provided as an ongoing subscription.

After the first month, you can cancel at any time for any reason. When you cancel or your agreement is terminated for any reason, the website will be deactivated.

Because website building is a specialized service and each website is unique to the business or entity that it represents, we do not offer refunds on initial fees or recurring fees.

Our small business websites are a concierge service. We build, host, and maintain the website for you as part of the service.
